On November 27, 2024, at the 16th Annual Vietnam M&A Forum themed “A Blossoming Market” held at the JW Marriott Hotel & Suites Saigon, VILAF was once again honored as an “Outstanding M&A Advisory Firm” for 2023-2024.  VILAF Partner Ngoc Luong Trinh accepted the award on behalf of the firm during the event.

The Vietnam M&A Forum is a premier annual event on M&A and investment opportunities in Vietnam, held by Vietnam Investment Review under the auspices of the Ministry of Planning and Investment with approximately 400 participants each year.  The event is held annually to feature in-depth discussions on emerging opportunities and key trends in the M&A landscape and provides a platform for dialogue among sector experts on future outlooks.

The annual Vietnam M&A Forum Awards recognize top M&A advisors and investors with outstanding M&A transactions and strategies each year in the country.
